Residence Inn by Marriott Albuquerque Airport

Nice place. Our room was clean. Area was quiet. Breakfast was good and hot. Our only complaint was the pool. Its a salt water pool and was so salty Our children could not swim due to stinging eyes.

* Location : excellent. 2-3' to bus station to/from the airport or to downtown free. * Attentive staff: like Stephanie did offer another load of cookies; like Alex did bring cart for us to change another room; like George very helpful to fix the room internet; like Saul did care the whole Breakfast. * Complimentary cookies every afternoon and fruits (apple & orange) daily. *Excellent Breakfast. * Room: as small apartment, spacious. * Fast refund the deposit. However: 1/ The morning day before arriving ABQ , we called Hotel to ask about shuttle airport-hotel. A male staff just said he did not know!!! For hospitality field I suppose he should have had some related information to provide to customers (like I told above about the bus #50). 2/ I sympathy housekeeping works hard. However they should do the work better: room#230 not empty 1 garbage can; room#411 cleaning during our stay not refill some coffee,towels. 3/ 2 middle-aged staff (look like manager or so) should have greeted customers more often because they both are really host. We stayed Monday afternoon - Friday morning, our stay was honestly great. Room was a 5 star beds are comfortable restrooms clean, and very spacious. We had a fridge and stove utensils stocked and room temperature control was a breeze. Service is a 4 star but only because we had to go get towels every day instead of the keepers restocking. (No big deal since I grabbed them from the front while I was headed down already each time). The location is great since you can go pretty much anyway into town or hope the freeway. All in all it was a great spot the indoor pool was also warm not cold at all. Hope this review helps!

This hotel has been our go to since our boys started their season at UNM for football. We absolutely love the staffs from the front desk to the cleaners, as well as our breakfast cooks. The hospitality shown at Residence Inn in ABQ near the airport is top tier. Stephanie was our host upon check in this weekend of 11/14-11/16; mind you she has been our host for the past few times we have been booking at Residence since September of 2025, absolutely amazing and have been very patient with our family of 8. This weekend we ended up booking 2 rooms/ 227 & 232, she accommodated our family upon arrival and has treated us with so much hospitality, made us feel welcome, very patient with our requests, the rooms we got were very spacious, clean, and warm. Our stay for the weekend of 11/14-11/16 was amazing. Booked 2 rooms for my family, we were in town for the UNM football game to watch my Godson's play. Anyway, our host was Ms. Stephanie, and I want to thank her again for being a blessing to our family during our stay. Upon check in I was pretty late due to my flight situation, and I was really blessed that she was my host. She helped me with check in, also accommodated our rooms to be on the same floor 211 & 233. Our stay was fabulous as always; we got to do a little mini cook out utilizing the grills Residence Inn has outside next to the pool area which was great. Overall, our stay here at the Residence Inn near ABQ airport has always been great! Thank you again, N.P

First and foremost, management and staff here are lovely, kind, and accommodating. You can tell that they care about your stay, your comfort, and your time in Albuquerque. Stayed in a king studio here in between legs of a road trip up to Denver, and will absolutely be back on the way home to San Diego! The rooms are beautiful, immaculately clean, and the amenities are honestly even better than expected. It seemed really nice online, and it lives up to the photos and availability of everything listed. The pool and whirlpool are salt water and incredibly relaxing for sore muscles from travel, and the pool area is surrounded by windows so it feels very bright and airy. The outdoor seating area has a nice fireplace. The location is very quiet and safe. Highly recommend!

Stayed here recently when I needed a hotel in the area. Property is reasonably well maintained, staff is very pleasant, and the room was comfortable with all the features you'd expect at a Residence Inn. Shower did take a while to get any warm water at all, so learned that the hard way. I could see this being a big tourist hotel (it's close to the airport and the area is pretty much all hotels with a few other food places) where people stay when they want somewhere decent that they can then go out and do other things that're a decent car ride away.

I am a travel nurse and use Residents Inn frequently. I've been traveling since 2020, so you know I come with facts. Their names are ERICK, THOMAS, SAUL, ALEX, BRINTON AND CANDACE!!!!!!. These individuals went above and beyond service for me this weekend as I settle down in my room before my first day at work at University of Mexico on Monday January 26, 2026. (Im putting the date as this is happening in real-time). I had water leaking from the kitchen faucet that needed fixed, there were no replacement parts on the weekend so my room was changed. I never had so much help moving in my life! These people acted like they were assigned to me as personal butlers!! My 24 hours here ( so far) has been nothing short of graciousness, professionalism and kindness. This is why I choose Residence Inn as my stay of choice. Hands down, they are the best of any chain I go to. I've also been to Hyatt and Hilton. I won't mention the warm fresh cookies during the day, I won't mention the hot breakfast with sausage gravey and biscuits, I won't even mention the indoor heated pool and hot tub. I can wash my clothes for free (but it's a dollar and some change to dry, but hey who's complaining?) I love these people. Should I extend my contract (13 weeks) I have no doubt my stay will be FABULOUS!! BTW, the sheets and towels are clean ( believe me I checked) as well as the toilet and shower. No bugs, carpets were just professionally cleaned and they allow pets!! You won't go wrong with this location!!.
